Performance Coach, Author, Public Speaker and former WDFPF Deadlift Champion.

My approach over the last 24+ years has always been to “take what is useful and reject what is useless”— just like Bruce Lee suggested. And my approach with athletes is always highly individualized—tailored to the unique needs of each particular athlete and their specific sport.
